I do not give permission for the work to be sold, resold as not mine, or reproduced for profit.

If the art for that purpose a SEPARATE WORK CONTRACT MUST BE MADE.

I hold the rights to the artwork regardless of the content unless otherwise stated.

I have the right to put this work in my portfolio, use as promotional material on my website, and upload on social media.

By you requesting the commission, you have read these terms and agree to them.

Payment is thru PayPal Invoicing

Prices are in USD

At least 50% of the total must be paid prior to completion of the commission

Allow a minimum of 3-5 weeks, all depending on the complexity of the piece (for paintings, allow 6-8 weeks)

I will inform you if there are any delays.

There will be 1-2 check-ins for progress and discuss any potential changes.

Please do not rush me or I will apply a $2 Rush Fee for EACH request to speed up my process.

Once full payment is received, I will send the .png file via email or through messenger on the preferred platform.

For refunds, I will contact you and go over the terms before finalizing any returns.

Additional figures (more than two) or complex props have an additional charge of $5 each

Shipping for traditional paintings is available upon request for an additional cost
